UpRight Construction & Restoration Services, with a reputation for outstanding customer service in the Restoration Industry, has an opening on our Water Damage Restoration crew (emergency water removal and drying).
It’s demanding work both physically and mentally, and we respond to emergencies 24/7, so there will be a 30-day trial period to see if we’re a good fit for each other. This will be a long-term, full-time position for a responsible and reliable person who possesses an old-school work ethic, does not shy away from messes, and finds satisfaction in helping people.
A Successful Candidate will possess:

• Good communication skills
• Willingness to work flexible hours
If you have a current IICRC certification in Water Damage Restoration the starting hourly wage will be based on experience. Otherwise, this is an entry level position with opportunities to advance in our company. We offer six paid holidays after one month of employment, health insurance after two months, and a matching 401k retirement plan after six months.
